Tinashe Emmanuel Kasweshi was admitted to the Bar in 2019, is the holder of a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Lusaka (2020) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (2025), and a Commissioner for Oaths. Tinashe has, in his years of practice, amassed experience in criminal litigation, including before the Economics and Financial Crimes Court, as well as civil litigation, and has been instrumental in brokering the settlement of numerous commercial and personal disputes.
