Maxwell Milembo Chilinda is an Advocate of the superior courts of Zambia who was admitted to the Bar in 2018. His keen interest in justice sector reform and access to legal services has been demonstrated in his work with key justice sector stakeholders, including the National Prosecution Authority (NPA), the Zambia Police Victim Support Unit (VSU), and several non-governmental organizations.
