Constantine H Chimuka is the Senior Partner of the firm and the head of the Conveyancing and Corporate Department. He is a highly regarded Notary Public and expert conveyancer whose main areas of practice are property transactions, inheritance and family law, company law, as well as international finance, banking and mining law. He undertook his Solicitors’ Qualifying Examination studies at the College of Law (Lancaster & Guildford, UK) in 1974 and was admitted to the Zambian Bar in 1975. A former lecturer on the Zambian Legal Practitioners’ Qualifying Examination Course in Probate and Succession, and a Member of the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education Board of Examiners for several years, Chimuka has played a vital role in the development of the legal profession in Zambia. He has also previously served as a member of the Legal Practitioners Committee of the Law Association of Zambia.
